Ordering Process

Just add the product to your shopping cart. Full instructions on how to send your artwork for printing are provided as part of the ordering process. We will update the status of your order to keep you informed of the status of your order but feel free to call us if you need to.

Lead Time

This product is produced in 5 full working working days from receipt of your artwork (or approval of design if we create the artwork for you). For orders required more quickly, we offer an express service for a faster turnaround time. Typically orders placed under express service are produced and despatch in 1-2 working days. All orders are delivered by next working day courier from date of despatch. You may also select in-store pickup at the checkout should you wish to collect your order rather than having it delivered.

How To Supply Your Artwork

For those customers who wish to provide their own artwork for printing, detailed instructions and artwork templates in Quark and Illustrator formats are available from the download links below. The physical print dimensions are also provided at the bottom of this page. 

Should you require any help with the graphic design of your banner stand, you can email your requirements to our graphic designer by clicking here. Our designer will usually come back to you within a few hours to discuss your requirements and to provide an obligation-free quote.

Artwork Set Up Size

Size:   850mm wide x 2150mm page size.

Resolution:   We suggest no less than 150dpi at full size. Please increase resolution accordingly to allow for any enlargement should you set artwork at a reduced-scale.

Colour Mode:   Supply artwork in CMYK mode only

Important Info:   The bottom 150mm of the 2150mm page height is non-viewable and you should ensure that all viewable information is raised up, above this region of the artwork. We suggest that the background colour or any background images run all of the way into the non viewable region, down to the bottom of the page.
