White Ink UV Printing

With our Vutek flatbed super-wide format digital printer, we can UV print white ink down onto almost any type of material up to 50mm thick. UV printing with white ink opens up all sorts of possibilities, allowing you to be more creative with your display boards and graphics than ever before. We can print white ink by layering the ink down before or after the normal colour in the image is printed. This process is especially useful for producing backlit printed images like the one illustrate in this example. The addition of white ink to the clear material gives the clear acrylic an opacity thus giving the image more impact. Standard white ink UV printing is also useful for many point of sale print jobs whereby we can underprint white ink onto the board first, which allows us to full colour print onto almost any coloured board.
